Paper Submissions

IGSC 2019 invites authors to submit full papers representing original, unpublished, work in all areas of sustainable computing and/or computational sustainability.  The submission must not have been previously publish and must not be concurrently under review elsewhere. All submissions will be reviewed by the Program Committee. Please see the Call for Papers for more details.

Submitted manuscripts may not exceed a total of 8 single-spaced double-column pages using 10-point size font on 8.5x11 inch pages (IEEE conference style – see templates below), including figures, tables, references, etc.

See IEEE conference style templates for details (Zip file downloads):
LaTex Package (ZIP)
Word Template (ZIP)

IGSC uses a double-blind review process, i.e., both the authors and reviewers will remain anonymous during the paper review and selection  process.

Double-blind Review Paper Preparation Guidelines:

  • Remove all the authors’ names, contact information, and affiliations from the entire manuscript, including the manuscript itself, references, logos, photos, PDF metadata, etc.

  • In citations, use the third person to cite any of the authors’ prior work; e.g., use “It has been shown in [20] that…” instead of “We show in [20] that…”.

  • Acknowledgments and references to funding sources should be in general terms, avoiding identification of the authors or their affiliations.

Authors should submit their papers in PDF file format. Electronic submission is done through EasyChair.

Please note that for consideration of inclusion in the final conference Proceedings on IEEE Xplore, each accepted paper, at any category, requires a conference registration at full (non-student or not-discounted) rate, plus an expectation of presentation of the paper at the conference.
